The relationship between  fashion and bollywood is complex and closely related. Movies provide us the opportunity to get into a dream.We follow the actors & actresses and try to create our external appearence like them. They bring fashion through their films and we try to look like them and usually copy their style and moves. These shifts in image often reflect the icons we admire in the movies. It is known to us that  we cannot become them, but we can become like them. We try to adopt the distinctive fashion style associated with our icons by following their fashion and that becomes our fashion when we walk on street. We start buying a new pair of designer jeans or shirts. Sometimes we adopt a different and new style which is beyond our tradition and is foreign to us.

There is a huge fan following of bollywood actors in India. Bollywood is not only famous for its movies and songs but also for the fashion related to it.
